- Precise Location Data (RITM App Only): If you enable the "Location Snapshot" feature, we collect your precise coordinates only at the moment a session starts to provide context for your timeline.
- Google Calendar Data (RITM App Only): With your explicit consent via Google OAuth, we access your Google Calendar to read and write events within a dedicated "RITM" calendar created by the app.
- Content: Posts, messages, comments, and other content you create or share through our Services

We automatically collect certain information when you visit or use our Services, including:

3.3. Health Data (Sauna Flow App Only)
The Sauna Flow app may collect or access the following types of health-related data (Health Data) to provide you with sauna session analysis features:
- Heart Rate Data
- We access heart rate values in real-time or during sessions through Watch OS or Android Health Services API.
- This data is used for sauna session recording, average heart rate calculation, and alert notifications (dangerous heart rate detection).
Sauna Flow does NOT:
- Sell or share any health data with third parties
- Use health data for advertising targeting
- Use health data for marketing purposes

4.1. How We Use Health Data (Sauna Flow)
Collected heart rate data is used only for the following purposes:
- To provide time and interval analysis of sauna sessions
- To provide heart rate-based warning/safety alert features
- To display average heart rate and maximum heart rate on session summary screens
- To store session records locally on the mobile app when requested by the user
4.2. How We Use Google Calendar & Location Data (RITM)
- Calendar Sync: To sync your RITM sessions with a dedicated Google Calendar for backup and external visualization.
- Analysis: To provide "Planned vs. Actual" analysis by comparing your Google Calendar events with your recorded sessions.
- Contextual Records: Location snapshot data is used solely to record the starting location of a session for your personal timeline.
We do NOT use this data for advertising purposes or sell/share it with third parties.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6.1. Data Retention Policy
RITM Data (Sessions & Location)
- All session records and location snapshots are stored primarily on your device (local SQLite).
- Data synced to Google Calendar is subject to Google’s retention policies and can be deleted by you at any time.
Health Data (Sauna Flow)
- Heart rate data collected from your watch is stored only on your device (locally) and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Session data is retained in local storage until you delete it.
- All local data is immediately deleted when you uninstall the app.
Other Personal Information
- Account information (if an in-app account system exists): Deleted immediately upon account deletion request
- Service operation logs: Retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access to your personal information
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your personal information
- Objection to processing of your personal information

Additional Rights for RITM & Sauna Flow Users:
- You can delete session data directly within the app at any time.
- When you uninstall the app, all related local data is automatically removed.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers.
